As an FOB supplier, Kumar realised that there was a gap in the market for affordable and yet
stylish jeans for men. As retail was an unexplored territory for Kumar, he decided to
take the plunge with the aim of offering the customer a high-fashion quality product at affordable pricing.
Thus, RIPFLY was born in 2013. The denim with a soul of purity, integrity and honesty. While
working on designs, Kumar and his experienced team of designers bear in mind, the body type of
the Indian male and ensure the style, cut and denim wash suits their body. Pure cotton lycra
fabric is used, as it takes shape of the wearer and gives a good fit. With affordable pricing
between Rs 1499 to Rs 1899, RIPFLY has become a very popular brand and enjoys a loyal customer base.
Easily available on most on-line fashion stores such as Jabong, Myntra, Naaptol, Snapdeal, Homeshop 18
eBay etc. RIPFLY is now looking at market expansion, to be able to reach out to more and more men
who are keen on purchasing denims that are stylish, comfortable and cost-effective.
With a positive beginning to his retail venture, Kumar is confident to add more style in the

Our History
Stories are huge part of our childhood. Stories of bravery, honesty and integrity weaved by our
grandparents, leave a lasting impression on us as children. Tales of brave hearts that travelled
the road less taken; Women and men who fought battles honestly to save their honour; of peoples
determination and grit. These fables shaped our childhood and enabled us in learning some of
lives choicest lessons.
So, when Kumar Gopalani started out in 2008 with UNIFAB, an FOB vendor of denims, he was certain
that his work ethics will be stringent and highly influenced by the lessons learned in his childhood.
Hence, he decided to amalgamate his ethics into his products as well.
Slowly but surely he began his denim journey... From investing in high-end machinery and equipment,
which would ensure a quality finished product to finalising a team of suppliers, who would be
partners-in-growth to recruiting man power that was experienced, had the expertise and most
importantly shared his vision of growth with the right work ethics.
Kumar's success is the result of sheer grit and perseverance. Today, UNIFAB has grown to
become a well-established FOB supplier to many retail chains in India including the largest
retail chain - Pantaloons. The company also, exports it's products to a some
well- known brands in Dubai. With a production capacity of 50,000 pieces,
UNIFAB currently manufactures over 30,000 pieces a month! Kumar is currently
exploring opportunities to expand the company's market portfolio further to other international markets.
